Remi Basior, President, tempusDS

Remi Basior

President

Remi is the President and founder of Tempus Development Solutions, Inc., established in 2011. With over a decade of experience in Taiwan, and other Asian regions, he began building a manufacturing and supply framework starting in 2003.

A graduate of Wayne State University Business School with a focus on International Marketing, Remi has always been passionate about global commerce. His career is defined by his innovative and empathetic approach to management, business development and strategic consulting. He has worked with Fortune 500 firms to mid-sized businesses and startups, leading organizations through various growth stages across the US, Asia, Europe, and South America while gaining invaluable insight into various industries and global business practices.

His diverse experience has given him a unique understanding of international markets and respective cultures. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid hiker and aspiring pilot. He also devotes time and resources to support communities in need, particularly in underprivileged regions.

Anny Ma

Creative Director - Partner

Anny Ma is the Creative Director of Tempus Development Solutions, leading the charge in developing innovative product lines and their distinct design direction. Born in Taiwan and raised in Canada, Anny's passion for art blossomed early, evident in her numerous artistic achievements.

A graduate of Queen's University with a degree in Engineering, Anny initially pursued a career in electrical engineering within a major corporation. However, yearning to reconnect with her artistic roots, she returned to Taiwan to contribute her creative vision to her family's art gallery and framing business.

This pivotal move ignited a flourishing artistic career. Anny's interactions with countless artists and designers fueled her creativity, leading to the conceptualization of captivating designs for a diverse range of projects, including hotels, high-end residences, schools, and restaurants.

Her engineering background provides a unique perspective, seamlessly integrating artistic expression with functional considerations in all her designs.

Anny has since partnered with an interior design and construction company in Taipei, expanding her portfolio to include both commercial and residential projects. Her commercial work encompasses a wide array of spaces, from stylish restaurants and vibrant bars to unique retail stores and more.

Anny remains deeply passionate about design, skillfully blending Eastern and Western aesthetics. She prioritizes environmentally conscious materials, consistently striving to create extraordinary designs that transcend the ordinary.

He has successfully led teams to major milestones, including the sale of 16 communities for over $120MM at StoryBuilt and driving 600% growth in top CPG clients at FrontFlip. A skilled negotiator, Iannick has secured more than $200 million in investment term sheets for development projects. With a strategic mindset, Iannick excels in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies, building strong relationships with owners and operators, and crafting tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. Outside of work, Iannick enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their new puppy. A dedicated Kansas City sports fan, he also loves cheering for his favorite teams and connecting with family and friends across the country.

Warehouse Manager

Born and raised in Dallas, Sam has gained extensive experience in deliveries and warehousing, developing a strong understanding of logistics operations. Over the years, he has honed valuable skills in team leadership and warehouse management.

Sam joined TempusDS in 2022 and quickly advanced due to his leadership, accountability, and empathetic approach to team members. As Warehouse Manager, he ensures optimal operations by collaborating with both full-time and temporary staff, providing training, and overseeing smooth day-to-day functions. Sam is deeply passionate about our collective vision of re-defining the building development supply industry to ensure everyone has access to quality housing. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, and his hobbies include fishing, traveling, and camping.

With a strong background in inventory management software, Donald coordinates both inbound and outbound shipments while performing in-depth reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making. His solutions-oriented approach has been instrumental in optimizing operations and maintaining a seamless flow at TempusDS. Outside of work, Donald enjoys watching football and traveling, always eager to explore new cultures and broaden his horizons.

Charl Broser

Sr. Warehouse Associate

Charl was born in the Mae La refugee camp in Thailand and moved to the United States in 2008. He has been working in the logistics industry since 2017, starting as a Power Industrial Vehicle Operator and quickly advancing to leadership roles, including Sr. Warehouse Associate.

As our Lead Delivery Driver and Project-Site Delivery Superintendent, Charl ensures the timely and accurate delivery of containers to our client’s Multi-Family portfolio locations across multiple states. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him an essential part of the TempusDS team. Outside of work, Charl enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His hobbies include various outdoor activities, including soccer, volleyball, basketball and Sepak Takraw. These activities reflect his passion for teamwork, physical fitness and maintaining an active lifestyle.
